1-2 scoops Organic Grass-fed Bone Broth Collagen Powder, Chocolate (I love Dr. Mercola’s brand. Mixes best but is kinda pricey. Unflavored ones on Amazon are also ok, you’ll just have to add extra raw cacao powder if you want the chocolatey goodness)

1/2 Tablespoon C8 MCT Oil

5 grams Raw Cacao Butter

1 Teaspoon L-Carnitine Powder (I like Now Foods)

1 cup Unsweetened Original Organic Coconutmilk full-fat

HMB Calcium powder (optional)

Raw Cacao powder or nibs to taste (optional)

Teaspoon Iodized Sea Salt

Filtered Ice
